Swype beta is open again...

Just signed up hours ago, they still need to work on that swype but it is great for a beta though. Like the only thing the gets to me is that the past swype lines would dissappear after each word and with this one it doesn't until the space bar is pressed.
 
It said i have an update from Google(was explaining these updates usually fix bugs...bla bla) and it gave me an option to install right away or install later on. After i clicked to install right away it restarted my phone and the little android guy appeared...updated the phone and that was it.

I noticed that im running android version 2.3.1...not sure if it was just 2.3 before

For some reason when i got to Nexus S main page it automatically redirects me to "All things root" so i cant create a new topic. You are more then welcome to start one for me.

Also let me know if you are having the same problem with page being re-directed...
 
If you get the new update 2.3.1 - you have to uninstall, and then re-install Swype, in order for it to work. This comes from a few folks in XDA, about the same issue. I am still waiting on my OTA, and glad to know that I can keep my Swype! :D
