Swype for Droid Eris

I wish the lower resolution swype leak would have been released instead of just the WVGA version. I had the omnia 2 for a short time other than the Amoled screen that was the only other thing that I miss.

I tried ShapeWriter but it's not near as accurate as swype. I will be more than willing to pay if and when it comes available.

Right now I am using the android app Better Keyboard and it's an improvement over the default.

Well thats to be determined still on the Eris, since its not yet available. I have always been a chicken pecker but on the Omnia 2 I could realistically type 40 -50 words a minute.

So yes I think it will be way better than the stock keyboard.
