Help SWYPE problem when battery low

nocode

Lurker
Anybody else experiencing a weird bug where SWYPE stops working when the battery is very low (somewhere below 20%)? I had my battery die a couple times and also reach very low charge and SWYPE will stop working. Regular input is fine. I go into the settings and make sure it's enabled, but when i run the tutorial, it doesn't prompt for which input nor does the tutorial run after the first example.

Where else can I change the keyboard input? The layout is the SWYPE keyboard layout and it will show the swyping motion - however it won't print out any text.

I'm usually pretty good about keeping my battery from draining, but I don't always have that luxury.

I should also add that reinstalling solves the problem, but that's a nuisance. Curious if there is another setting page where I can just re-enable it.

If you force close the app and set the input method back to the original and type a few words and then re-open swype it will work again. I had the same issue, was there a blue box that flashed around the keyboard after you swyped?
