Root Swyper does swyping.

Not sure if any one has successfully gotten swype to work
on the evo after 2.2, but if it is possible can someone tell me how?

Im running damage 3.5 with 3.7.8 kernel

It works fine for me on the stock rooted 2.2 rom. I just put it on my sd card, and opened it with astro file manager and installed it. after that you need to enable it in the keyboard settings, then long press on a text box, click input method and select swype.

Not sure if it works with DC's rom.

Yeah, Swype works fine for me, too and I'm on Baked Snack's FroYo 1.1 ROM. Just uninstalled and reinstalled.
