synapse 7 inch tablet

Hi has anyone heard of synapse tablets ? can not seem to find any own web site for this product,the screen seems to not react the way i like,i have done a 'hold' the power button on reset but,seems to just jump and not react,any ideas ?
 
Could you give us a little more info on the tablet, like maybe a specs sheet? I mean it sounds like you have an offbrand tablet, which means that you will likely not have developer support or any other form of support for it, unfortunately.

Have you tried messaging the supplier you bought it from to see if they know where you can repair it if broken...?
 
Hi it seems like a china import,when i done the hard reset the writing was in chinese,didnt have a clue,id like to know what these symbols mean,it was a second hand model bought as seen,i wll have to put up the details.
I had enough of trying to find the web page for ths item,so i took it apart,and to my amazement worked better than with the back cover on,all i can think of is that some thing must be touching the back cover and it shouldnt be.

Hmm, that is strange, you know i think i am going to move this thread into General Tablet talk to see if someone there can assist you with this.
 
Ok,ive seen one exactly like it ! in lidl supermarket called 'versus' they have a website,was going to try there firmware upgrade but only supports vista and xp,weird no vista ?
