Help sync app for thunderbolt to windows7

I'm using HTC sync, which is ok but, for images specifically, I want more control over where the pics go in my file hierarchy.

I've got some other things that I'd like to see work differently, so my primary question is: what are some other sync apps that a as good or better than HTC sync?

Also, if there IS a way to specify where my pics go on the PC, that would help too.

Google 'MyPhoneExplorer'. It's free, miles better than HTC Sync and you get to choose what and where you sync. Client on the PC and app on the phone.
