Help Sync calendar-->Difficult!

I have a Desire Z. I also have an LG Optimus One. I want to sync my calendar from the desire z to lg. simple task. but in reality it is very hard. i have been working for a couple of hours, but i couldn't find any solution.
please, help me.

If you have a gmail account, sync each device to that (not to separate gmail accounts).

Or with google calendar you can also view other calendars too...
