Help sync calendar?

I can't seem to get a sync calendar option to show up under accounts and sync. Only sync email and sync contacts. I SWEAR that there use to be one there. Anyone helps?

kinda upsets me that you can import/export your contacts but they didn't think to put that option in for the calendar despite the fact that you'll probably have a lot more info in it.

yeah, it shows up under my one gmail account, but I made another specifically for my phone and it won't show a sync calendar option.

Did you use the phone's calendar or google's when you made that new calendar? If you used the phone's then maybe when you go to sync you google account it picks up the phone's calendar too and merges both?

should've clarified, I made a new gmail account to use directly with my phone. I have no calendars at all on either my gmail, OR my phone. It's just that under my ONE email it gives the option to sync the phone calendar with the gmail one. but on my OTHER gmail account, it does not even give the option.

Any calendar backup programs that actually work? I tried using ical import/export but it screwed up my calendar.
