Help Sync email with calander?

Hello everyone new to Android,
I just picked up my fascinate the day it came out and really like it especially after reading this useful forum and learning new things to do with it.
So here is my question:
I used to have a Blackberry and whenever I received an email from this contracting company I do work for with a scheduled meeting it would automatically sync it with my calendar. It would ask me to accept this meeting I would hit ok then look in my calender and there it was. Is there a way to do the same thing with this phone? I am not very tech savvy so I can use all the help I can get.

Mine automatically adds appointments I receive in email to my calendar. There isn't a choice to accept or decline like in outlook or on a BB but it does get added to your google calendar.
