Sorry if this is in the wrong forum - I couldn't find the DX App forum.
I have been using doubletwist with my X since August without problems. I recently upgraded it to included air sync. It recognizes my device, but when I try to sync, it says "sync failed." I then tried to use the USB, but it still says "sync failed." I've rebooted, battery pulled, uninstalled and reinstalled on both my X and my PC (Vista) but still no joy. I'd really appreciate some help, as I can't find this issue listed in any forum.
