Root Sync Icon after 2.3 Rooted install?

Do I need to wipe the data again for the sync icon to go away on the 2.3 rooted release?

I dont know if you figured it out, but I just did a factory reset and it went away.

You probably restored system data with titanium. The times I've done that, I get the sync icon and it never goes away.

I had the sync icon issue. I did. not. want to factory reset (damnit!). But, I could not get it to go away. So, I ended up doing a stinkin factory reset, and yes the stupid thing went away.
Now that I have been playing with my phone non stop and rebooting and sbf'ing my little heart out, the dang battery is dying! Good thing I have the car dock to charge it on my way home.

Edit: Oh yeah, I don't restore anything with tibu, so it may happen to someone out of the blue like it did with me.
