Help Sync problem

I am having problems syncing my phone, when i plug in my phone it doesnt ask me for any options (hard drive, sync etc...) and my pc doesnt recognize it either can somebody please advise??

Try going to device manager, and go to Universal Serial Bus Controllers,


That's the USB's on your PC.

Right click each one, and go to properties.

In Power Management, Untick the "Allow computer to turn this device off"

Then try plugging the phone in...
