Help Sync problem

At first my s4 synced everything but my calender, after many times removing then adding my account the calendar now syncs fine, that isn't the present problem. Now everything syncs from my PC to my s4 except my chrome bookmarks, initial set up was perfect. Getting error message that sync is experiencing problems. I tool out my old razr maxx that never had a problem syncing and lo and behold it won't sync either and get the same error message. Gotta think this a Google problem and not the fault of the device. No settings have been changed on my PC or either of my devices. I did establish a new gmail add and removed the old, but everything worked with the address until a few days ago on both my phones.

Unusual twist to this saga I'm having. I'm back to syncing everything perfectly but this is the snafu. Only my original gmail add works, each time I create a new gmail account something won't sync and it's usually the bookmarks folder (desktop bookmarks). I'm nearly positive all settings both android and pc are correct. Seeing as I have 2 android phones (1 I don't use as a phone but for other things) and both are reacting exactly the same in regards to syncing and gmail add. I may add 2 different OS. Totally convinced it's not a device problem but a google chrome problem.
