My wife just got a new vortex. When she hooked it up to her computer via USB, she was asked if she wanted to install software (I assume it was some sort of Sync software). She said yes and ever since then she has had problems with her computer locking up. The Mcafee virus scanner keeps shutting down too. She can't get through a virus scan because it will lock up. She tried uninstalling the Sync software but the problems persist. Any ideas?
