Help sync university mail?

How can I get my university email, which is gmail, added to Google sync?

Go to Settings -> Accounts & Sync and then press the Add Account button and add all of your info. If it is through gmail, it should sync just fine!

Email address ends in edu, so won't work with gmail app. Maybe somebody knows a trick?

My school has the same thing. We host our mail through Gmail and our addresses end in .edu.

I entered the address and password after I pressed "add account" and it worked perfectly.
