Help Sync Wildfire with Mac?

Hi everyone,

I'm a wildfire newbie.

I use ical and gmail, but not google calendar. Is there any other way to sync ical across or do I have to go via google calender?

Also when I've access facebook and gmail via my phone, is there such thing as 'close the window' when I've finished? Or are these pages kept opened? Sorry I'm not very technical.
