Help Sync with both a PC and Mac

I have HTC Sync on my work PC, which allows me to sync my Oulook calendar and contact to my android (Inspire). HTC Sync does not work with my Outlook 2011 on my personal Mac, though. So.......do I just not use the outlook on my Mac? I'm guessing that I'd then have to sync my phone through Google and then to ical and contacts....... Anybody have any thoughts?

Chukarhunter, I'm in the same boat! Just bought new HTC Inspire 4G, only to find out that the HTC Sync app doesn't work on Macs. I only have a Mac so I'm really in a pickle. When they transferred my data from my old Samsung Impression, to my new Inspire, it could not copy anything but my contacts and it didn't pick up any of the contacts' details (addresses, notes, etc.). I really need my iCal and iPhoto to sync with my new HTC Inspire 4G ... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Supposedly iSync will let you do it with iCal and your address book. Mac 101: iSync I'm not sure if it will work directly with Outlook. I'm still trying to figure that one out for myself.
