Synch Calander from microsoft outlook on mac.

Is there any app that will sync outlook to the phone automatically? I have outlook on mac and when I delete something from the mac side it takes a while to delete on the phone. When i add events it shows up. Is there a friendly app that helps?

If you change your sync times it will probably update better for you.

This might be done within the application settings itself.

Or perhaps in your phone Settings > Accounts & Sync.
