Synch Trouble

Hi,

Having trouble with HTC Synch. It was working fine, synching my Outlook contacts and calendar. Then I got upgraded from IE6 to IE8 and synch stopped working partially - it would get about 1/2 way and time out after about 20 minutes. I tried re-installing HTC synch, and now it will not recognize my phone. When I connect my phone it says it cannot find HTC Synch, and the screen where my phone should be listed is blank.

any ideas on what I should do??

Try uninstalling HTC sync from your computer, rebooting your computer, and then re-installing HTC sync (before plugging in your phone).
