Help Synch ??

If I use active synch for my work email and also use gmail. If I synch both contacts which one takes priority? Does one overwrite the other?
 
You can SYNC as many as you want. If you go to people and select view you have the option to select Google, Exchange, Phone, Facebook, as well as only contacts with phone number.

They Sync separately. Your Google contacts will NOT sync into your Exchange or vice versa.
