Synching Outlook Calendar with DROID

is there someway for me to forward my outlook calendar through google to synch with the droid calendar

my work wont let me exchange or install the droid to my computer for privacy reasons, but i can automatically forward my emails and everything to an external account

if i setup a new gmail for my work, can i set that calendar up to worth with my droid

If you are allowed to, install Google's Calendar Sync program on your computer and it will sync to your Gmail calendar, which then syncs to your droid.

However, I'm having trouble with this. Some of the calendar items are popping up in the wrong places. For instance, I don't think Android supports calendar events on a certain day of the month, every month.
