Help Synchonising outlook contacts

I just have a new galaxy S2; I sync my mails, calendar and contact with microsoft exchange server.Everythinbg is working fine till I install a second accound ( gmail)
I need it tp install other applications on the phone;
After installing the gmail accoint there is no contacts sync between the phone and my contacts in outlook. Calendar and e-mails are still working fine;
Can someone give my advise?

Do you have outlook-Gmail sync tool installed on your PC?

It is a good tool that will sync your outlook contacts with your Gmail account and inturn sync them on the device: get it: helpful.
