Help Syncing Apps

Is there an app that pulls together a list of all the apps you have on your phone and details how often they connect to the internet to sync?

I know Twitter and Facebook etc appear in the Accounts and Sync settings but for things like Gmail there is no way of changing the frequency of its sync (at least not that I know of anyway)

Id be interested to know if games like Scramble with Friends constantly sync as I receive an instant notification that somebody has finished their game, if that is the case I would like to stop it doing that for example.

some games have settings to turn notifications/syncs off, but if those dont exist, then rooting your phone and freezing apps from accessing the net would be the best bet.

Try Onavo. They allow stopping of certain apps from accessing the data line. I find its not as accurate as 3G watchdog pro in determining data usage so I don't use it. But it has its (other) uses.
