Help Syncing Atrix 4G with Microsoft Outlook

Has anyone found success syncing all contacts, calendar etc. from thier PC running Outlook to the new Atrix 4G phone? I was told by the AT&T dealer that it woks fine but I would really like a users opinion. Thanks for the help!!
 
I did a standard setup for an Exchange account...went right through and I have all me email, contacts, and calendar. Also synced my gmail account as an Exchange account and I can switch between Outlook and Google mail, calendars, and contacts.
 
There are a number of options available. If you have an Exchange account like Mike, setup is pretty standard. If not, check out SyncDroid - they have a great list of most of your available options.
