Help Syncing Contacts from Moment to Instinct

I tryed Gmail, didnt work, tryed putting the file in the pop up folder for the instinct didtn work. Called customer support, told me to bring it to the store.

Anything else I can do?

Edit Bluetooth isnt worknig, there paired up, but nothing is poping up for my moment

When I switched from my Instinct to my Moment the tech at the Sprint store transferred my contacts from one phone to the other via bluetooth. Not sure why the bluetooth method isn't working for you though.

Bluetooth can be finicky on the Moment. I could pair, but couldn't transfer anything between, our 2 Moments until I installed Bluetooth File Transfer from the Market.

It's odd that gmail isn't working. If your contacts are in your gmail account, putting that same gmail account on the new phone should work.

Figured it out. Got sick of the instinct, went back to the moment lol

Good choice. As quirky as the Moment can be it's so much better than the Instinct IMO there is no way I'd go back.
