I've scoured this forum for a smiliar thread but I apologize if this has been asked and answered somewhere...if so, please point me in the right direction.
I have a Galaxy Note 2 through Verizon:
I've noticed that my email only syncs consistently when I am on WiFi...this is not ideal because I dont have wifi at my house. I'm using the "stock" email application and this is for business emails (both Imap and POP (Yahoo) ). I've even found that pressing the sync button in the upper right hand corner of the email app does nothing. The only way I can get my email is to re-boot the phone.
Things I've tried:
1. Auto sync data function is enabled (settings>data usage>menu>auto sync data)
2. deleted and re-installed all email accounts
3. I've tried to play with the sync schedule...although I don't entirely understand, I believe I've set it so that emails will constantly sync
I hope I was a detailed as possible...appreciate any help on the issue...
Thanks
