Help Syncing Google Calendar Question

If I type the event into Google Calendar from the website on a desktop computer the event WILL sync to my phone immediately.

When I add the event from my phone, it is only visible on my phone even after I select "sync".

This seems like an easy fix but I'm not sure where to find the option.

Hi

You dont say which calendar app you are using, but generally you need to add events to a google calendar (not to "my calendar") on the phone. So, when you create the event on the phone, use the dropdown to select your google account as the calendar to be used. Make this the default calendar.

I think you must have your google calendars already set to sync in the main phone settings otherwise it would not work in either direction..

it just says "calendar". it was not an extra download from play. its got the number 31 on the icon with a green header above it

Go into the calender, select to view the month, then hit the menu button, then select calenders, in there you will find all the calanders that are available to you to select and use. If you use the Google one out should sync back to your computer with anything you input into your phone.
