Help Syncing podcasts from mac to nexus?

I just got my galaxy nexus direct from google and i'm trying to sync it with iTunes on my mac. It seems it only uses the MTP mode for syncing which double twist and winamp don't support.

I ONLY want to sync my podcasts. I know I can put apps on my nexus to download podcasts but I also share podcasts with other devices as well as with my wife so having iTunes as a central location for syncing is very beneficial.

Any apps out there for easy podcast syncing that works with the nexus?

I use an app on the PC called iSyncr (iSyncr | JRT Studio), but they also have a Mac version. You basically tell it which playlists you want it to sync up to (it has an "unplayed audio podcast" playlist to grab unplayed podcasts), and it will sync them to your device.

I mainly got it because it also syncs ratings and playcounts back into iTunes. There's also a wifi addon which allows you to sync over wifi.

I personally just have my Nexus download podcasts over wifi itself. Since to me its much easier.

However you probably have reasons against that method.

Another vote for iSyncr. I was doing drag-and-drop and DoubleTwist for a while, but iSyncr is definitely the best option for syncing with iTunes.
