Help sync'ing w/ Outlook 2010

I am looking to get the HTC Evo 4G. Can't seem to find if they ever got a fix for sync'ing with your Outlook contacts, calendar and notes. Does anyone know?
 
I am able to do it with the USB cord and syncing with app on phone. Have not had problems doing it this way
 
I didn't even know there was a problem with the sync. I have always been able to do it through HTC software for android devices. The only thing is that I have to have it plugged into the usb cable to do it.
