SyncMyPix (Facebook Profile Picture Sync)

For those of you that have many FB friends that are also in your contacts list and like to make sure the profile pictures are sync'd and updated, try out SyncMyPix.

You can have it auto sync as well as manually doing it.

I have mine set to weekly since my friends don't change them too often.

The downsides to syncmypix are the picture quality and the fact the pictures either take forever to update or just don't do it at all, I've tried re-syncing with high resolution and it's done nothing. Do you know if it takes a while to update in some cases?
