Root Syndicate Rom 1.0.2 + OTA update=bricked phone?

Electricity

Newbie
Soooo something weird is going on with my phone. I successfully put the syndicate 1.0.2 rom on my phone back in December when I first got the phone, and it was working great for me. Recently I've been notifications for the new OTA update. I wanted to do a bit of reading on various options before I did anything. Unfortunately I accidentally clicked to accept the update, stupid thing poped up while I was in the middle of something and I miss-clicked.
Now I'm stuck at the clockwork recovery screen. No matter what option I select ( Reboot system now, Apply sdcard:update.zip, wipe data/factory reset, or wipe cache partition) it doesn't work. It goes to a little screen with the android guy and a triangle with and ! in it. And just sits there.

Heeelp, what do I do?!

I'm quite confused as the 1.0.2 ACS SRF ROM just came out a week or two ago, not in december. Unless they had one for DI18, which I guess is entirely possible, but I wasn't up to date with everything then.

Either way, you should have some sort of backup on your phone, assuming you rooted it and all, I'm sure there's a backup somewhere.

While in CWM, go into "Backup/Recovery" and see if there is anything under recovery.

If not, then find the ROM you flashed last time, put it on your SD card, and reflash that bad boy. That should take care of your issues.

Heh I cheated, I couldn't remember what version of Syndicate I used, but I still had the original thread bookmarked, so I copied what it said, didn't realize the thread was updated with newer version. Good catch.
I'm attempting to restore now, I'll update if/when something happens.

Also, it turns out I was booting into the (stock?) recovery screen, not the CWM screen. holding power, volume, AND camera got me to CWM (I have to relearn all this stuff everytime, as I don't do it too often).
Thanks very much for your quick reply!
