You need to uninstall some apps, and yes I would be worried!
I would not be surprised if you uninstalled like 10 apps and cleared your cache if your phone was faster as well!

But my apps go to my sd and I only have 10th installed.

Did you try to clear your cache?
Maybe try to download another app that reads the memory to verify thats its being read properly!
