Root System is read only????

Ok so I got CWM on my phone with monster 5.3 nonext4 and a sd card partitioned to use link2sd. I am trying to rename the charger_connection.ogg in system folder, whenever I try it keeps telling me the file system is read only, I have my phone rooted with superuser and I also have busybox installed as well. When I check to make sure root is enabled with root checker pro everything comes back green. Can someone please help me get my file system to be read and write I have found little on google to fix this issue. Thanks for any help or guidance.

use root explorer, its a paid app from the market but well worth it. it takes one press on a button within the app to change it to rewritable from read only and vice versa. you dont really need busybox on the admire o.O

Ok I will delete busybox or uninstall. And I am useing root explorer to try to rename. Also when I try to change permissions within root explorer pro on that file it says "Charger_Connection.ogg permissions cannot be changed bescause the file system is read-only." that is what it is giving me when I try to change or look at permissions thru root explorer. Is there a different way I am not seeing within root explorer to change permissions? Thanks

never mind I just answered my own question just seen at the top of Root Explorer is says Mount R/O and if you press it turns to Mount R/W. Thanks for yalls helps.
