Help System Panel?

When I use system panel to kill my apps, i put a few on the excluded list such as the htc sense UI. However it closes sense sometimes and sometimes it doesnt.

For instance when i kill apps then go back to homescreen a little loading dialogue box pops up and then i see the silvery htc logo pop up and my homescreen reloads. Any one else have a similar problem?
Know a fix?

Do you use the widget or manually do it?

When you do it straight from the app you have to be watch that you don't highlight any categories up to and higher than excluded apps.

Yeah i made sure its not highlighted. Im puzzled..

Can anyone recommend a different app killer which has some type of exclusion list?

Not I, I Use System Panel but I don't do a lot of app killing, and when I do I kill individually and manually.
