Root System Process Not Responding

I was using Liberty and wanted to switch back to Apex due to my corporate account not working in Liberty. I had a nandroid backup I made of Apex before I switched to Liberty. Booted into bootstrap and restored Apex backup. When booting up, I get the message that "Process system is not responding" and I can either "Force Close or Wait". I thought there might be something with the Apex back up going over the Liberty install, so I did a system SBF. It booted up OK. I rooted and installed bootstrap. Tried to restore Apex again and got the same message. Is my backup just corrupt? Anything I can do to save my Apex backup? I tried to restore a stock backup I made in between Apex and Liberty and it worked OK.

From Fab:
Fab: Hey guys, if you get that system not responding message, just hold down the power button and hit reboot. It shouldn't do it again.

1KDS: Thanks for the tip Fab, booted me into clockwork, rebooted and it booted right up. Is it something I did?

Fab: No, it's a little quirk with the way I have my bootup script set up. It really only manifests itself when there's either a) a longer than usual reboot, which can be caused by applying a theme, or b) a random reboot that results in the same thing.

Thanks for the heads up, I am going to try it again then.

Edit:
And I am back up and running apex. I can't believe that worked, I thought for sure I had a corrupt back up. Thanks again.
