ls /system/app/ > /storage/sdcard0/app3.txt

run those in terminal so we can see if you're missing anything obvious

Download terminal emulator from the play store, use Google to learn about android terminal. Copy and run the commands I posted before.

Terminal is vital when it comes to modding your phone, as are ADB and the Android SDK. You will need these, and to be comfortable using them, at the very least to assist others in helping you. Again, Google will find plenty of guides on everything.

you dont need to learn anything to copy and paste those commands into a terminal emulator. but, if you plan on delving into the world of root, those programs are pretty much a minimum requirement.

So theres no way my phone can function back right I cant see my notification bar cant screen shot cant see recent apps n I had to get ex launcher to open up my phone I think its bricked

your phone is not even close to "bricked" if it boots. but i cant help you unless you do what I asked, so I dont know if it can be fixed. you should probably try to have your carrier replace it and dont screw with the next one.

Run the commands from post 6 and upload the files it puts on your sd card, or copy and paste the text from them here.

Im trying to see if theres app I can download to get my notification bar back n my background n other features workin correctly?

without you following post 6, and that's just one of the possible first steps, it's all just guessing. it seems like you may have removed JRDLauncher, and/or something else with that JRD prefix. Maybe JRDMenuKeyInduce too? we need to know what specific modification took place. On one hand you could have deleted something important. On the other you could have used some app to change or remove some value in a file that the system depends on. So, what is it?
