First I changed it to tablet mode by mistake n thn I got it off n I uninstalled it nuthin wrk I took the root off n put it bck didnt wrk

I honestly don't know what to do to fix that, I've had the problem in the past with different phones but I always would flash a nandroid backup or re-flash the rom. Here's a tip for the future, to change the dpi use app setting in xposed, it's a lot safer and it allows per app modifications.

You can't flash anything, theres no recovery.
