Help System Sound won't turn down?

Anyone else notice how the system sound is super loud? Well everytime I turn it down, it somehow turns itself back up to 100%. I'm not sure if it's because of a restart, or a game, or what, but it's annoying. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have this problem too. This is a deal breaker for the Samsung phone. I can't stand it.

You will find if you use certain navigation apps like Google Navigation, the system setting will raise to the highest level. I guess that is so you can hear the directions. (Not that they would be accurate anyway considering the GPS issues).

I find I use the quick settings app and can easily hit the volume adjustment and reset it pretty quickly. I do agree it can be a pain though.

There are widgets which help make this easy to adjust. Annoying when it happens, but hardly a deal breaker for me.
