how can I delete some items for more space for Samsung s2

If they are system apps you cannot delete them unless rooted.
On the other hand, system apps live in a different storage partition, so deleting them will not gain you more space for user apps. Clearing data on any that you don't use might though, since all data live in the same partition.

Also, if you didn't mean strictly "system" storage but were speaking in more general terms, you could review your apps' cache usage and clear the heavy-hitters to gain some space back for your apps.
