received system update on 7/11 & ive been experiencing multiple problems ever since. first my service seemed to dropped i have never had this problem since i have been a boost mobile customer. i cannot access the web, all calls drop, & it takes forever to receive or send a text message. the second problem is randomly or every time i try to charge my phone the screen goes black & i cannot get it to come back on unless i do i soft reset(removing battery) i have no problem charging phone when it is powered off. does anyone know why this is happening?
