Help System Update Failed -- Rooted

Droid Incrediable: For the second time received notice of system update. It said that a reboot would take place in 10 seconds. I pressed continue and nothing happened. I have a rooted device. Same thing happened to a work friend.

Suggestions?

Easiest way is to just flash the new stock ROM in clockwork though.
