System update taking over 10 hours?!

Got the notice to update my system last night. At first it would not download at all. And then when it stated, it's been grinding away for over 10 hours! Anyone else experiencing extremely long update times?

I think there might be something wrong with yours, mine took about 5-10 min.

Just got off the phone with Sprint about this issue, and they're telling me they DON'T support Android updates! Unbelievable! I can't use my phone, and Sprint wont help me.
