Root System Update While Rooted?

Phone has been bothering me for about a week about this System Update, I'm on LS720ZV7. Besides root I'm basically on a stock phone, can I install this thing to get it to stop and install some ROM?

LS720... that's not an Optimus F7 is it? either way, you could probably install the ota, but it'll get rid of root. so you might have to root again.

What you do is download the OTA, adb pull it to your computer, put the su binary in the /system/xbin, and then flash it
