Help System Update?

A few days ago I noticed a system update at the top of my screen. I almost downloaded it and then I stopped. Does anyone know what the latest Android update is for?

I think we'd need to know which device and current Android version you have to possibly determine that ;) :).

Also, many OTA updates tell you the version number and/or what changes they make when you go to the download screen.
