OK I am new to samsung and to pure android, as I have always had htc with sense, and all that goes with it. So I bought myself a Nexus s as it was on special offer at the cpw, and I have a few questions for those who own a nexus s already.
First up, is the system updates, mine is on 2.3.1 and claims there are no updates for my phone, but, as I am used to the htc system, where when you check for updates, you get to press a button to check for an update, where as on the nexus, you go to settings, about phone, system updates, and all it does is go to a screen saying your system is up to date. No way to actually do a manual check, no sign of the phone checking for an update, nothing. So am I doing something wrong, has my phone not set its self up correctly, or is that how it is meant to be.
Cheers
