bottom line there are WAY more than 5 android phones worse to live with than a TB. For example which would most people rather have an entry level low powered android phone that freezes up when asked to multi task, has long delays and poor web browsing experience or a TB that battery hungry and rebooted once or twice a week before fix. I've lived with both and I can tell you right now there are lots of android phones much more frustrating and advisable to avoid than the TB even with its problems. Maybe my opinion is bias having not had a reboot since gingerbread roms first started coming and getting 12hrs of use without problem depending on the rom I choose to use. I do however remember being PERFECTLY happy with it stock, the whole week it remained that way.

Its okay scoty we all know you meant 60-80 hours of batterythey are only giving you a hard time because they haven't discovered the meaning of life yet...err...I mean meaning of battery life...the other one is 42

I've had the TB for about 2 weeks now, coming from an X(which I loved btw). This phone blows the X away. Everything about it is faster, including the browser loading data from 3G service.
My biggest complaint is how you lose data connection when the phone switches from 4G to 3G to 1G etc. Seems like Verizon has a lot of bugs to work out w/ their 4G network, not sure if it is the phone or Verizon though.
I will say I can kill my battery in about 3 hours. I ride the train for about and hour and a half, and if I browse, check emails, play some cribbage all while listening to music, in 3 hours my phone will be dead. The X was the same way though. If you use the phone, the battery dies. I can put my phone in airplane mode and probably get 3 days out of my battery, but what is the fun in that. If you have a smartphone, you have to be charger conscious, it's just how it is.
