Root [T-Mobile] Help

I just got an unlocked Samsung Note 2 GT - N7100
I put my TMobile Sims card in it and it won't come off of Edge. I can put the same Sims card in my Nokia Lumua 521 or my Galaxy S4, and they get 4G..Am I doing something wrong? Is the GT - N7100 the real thing or is it a clone?

Check your apn settings.
Google your carriers apn settings.

Some times these wont load from the sim
