Root [T-Mobile] How can I downgrade from 4.3 on Note 2

I need to downgrade my Galaxy Note 2 from 4.3 to the previous version. I was wondering if anyone could please help me in guiding me through a link anyone might know of please? Any advice would be highly appreciated!

Oh thank you very much! I'm sorry I'm new here. Didn't know where to post my question. I'm in the US and it's a T-mobile phone. I attached a picture with more information. Thanks in advance really appreciate the help!
