When updating from Infamous S4 4.0 to Infamous S4 5.0 do I need to wipe anything? I don't want to lose everything. Yeah I could back up everything but I have 5 games that's 1 GB or more a piece. If not then ill have to stay at 4.0

What I would do is backup yours games via. Titanium backup.
Do a full wipe, install rom.
Download Titanium backup and then restore the apps. Youll still have all your game data saved
