Help T-mobile lollipop update on Note 3 *UPDATE*

I've tried four times unsuccessfully to update my Note 3 to Lollipop. The update downloads but during the install it goes to about 25 or 30 percent before saying the installation failed and goes back to the original configuration. Any ideas? Thanks!

Are you using OTA? Try using your PC with Samsung Kies to upgrade.

I am trying the OTA update. I suppose my next step will be trying with Samsung Kies. Is that a complicated process? I've never tried it before.

Nope. Just plugin and click update.

You aren't rooted right? Or have modified your system at all?

I don't have anything to add except to say that it's kind of funny to scroll through this thread with the alternating set of eyes (avatars).

Edit: Just so I contribute something worthwhile, moving this to the Note 3 forum.
